Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on the weight and destination of your package.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages: While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damaged package and item(s). We will be happy to replace any damaged items at no additional cost to you. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
